Delivery was fine, I guess. My order showed up a day late, which was a little annoying, but at least the tracking actually worked and everything arrived in good shape. So, credit where it's due — they managed to get it here eventually. Not terrible, just not exactly speedy.

I had to return one item, and while the process wasn’t exactly difficult, it still felt like more extra work than it should’ve been. I had to keep checking on the refund because it took longer than I expected. Support did get back to me, just not very quickly. In the end it all worked out, but the whole thing could definitely be smoother.
"Wish the tracking had been better"
Overall it was okay, and the communication wasn’t bad, but I do wish I’d known the tracking updates would come in so late. It made the whole process feel a bit uncertain, and I probably would’ve planned differently if I’d realized that ahead of time

"They never have what I need"
Every time I stop in for something it feels like the shelves are empty or the exact item I came for is gone. Frustrating because I end up having to go somewhere else anyway.

"Packaging was fine, but I’m hoping for a resolution"
If this is for the right order, the packaging itself was actually solid, no dents, no mess, and everything looked handled well. That said, I’m still expecting some kind of compensation or follow-up if there was an issue tied to this order.

"Decent variety, but the first impression wasn’t great"
At first, I wasn’t too impressed because the site felt a little hit or miss right away. They do have a big mix of farm, pet, and outdoor stuff, which is nice, and I did see some brands I already use.
That said, the online selection feels kind of uneven. Some sections have tons of options, while others are thin or show a lot of out-of-stock items. It’s not terrible, but after that rough first impression, I really wish it felt more consistent

The pricing felt higher than I expected for what I actually received. I went in hoping it would feel worth it, but the value just wasn’t really there for me. It also added some unexpected stress because I kept wondering if I’d made the wrong call spending that much.

I ordered online and picked it up the same day without any hassle. The staff found my order quickly, and I only had to wait a few minutes at the counter. Compared to a few other stores where pickup can feel like a whole process, this was actually really smooth.

"Quality felt a bit misleading"
I ordered from bigronline.com and, to be honest, I was nervous as soon as I opened the package because it didn’t look as nice as it did in the photos. I always worry about getting fooled by product pictures online, and this kind of had that feeling. The material felt cheaper than I expected, which was disappointing.
It does still work, so I can’t say it’s completely useless, but for the price I really thought it would feel better made. Shipping was fine and there weren’t any issues there, but after seeing the actual quality, I don’t think I’d buy the same item again.
